Our Return Policy

At VitaPaw, your satisfaction — and your pet's wellbeing — is our top priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

  • We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
  • To initiate a return, please contact us at support@vitapaw.com with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days and applied to your original payment method.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • If you received a defective or damaged item, we'll replace it at no extra charge. Please email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened consumable products (supplements, treats, food) cannot be returned for safety reasons.
  • Digital products and downloadable content are non-refundable.
