Shipping policy
Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
- Standard Shipping (5–7 business days) — rates calculated at checkout
- Express Shipping (2–3 business days) — rates calculated at checkout
International Shipping We currently ship to select international destinations. Shipping times and rates vary by location and are calculated at checkout. Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.
Lost or Delayed Packages If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at support@vitapaw.com and we'll work with the carrier to resolve it.
